ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Associate with Lynn Bullard State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experience that reinforces the sustainable growth of a successful insurance agency. Your ability to identify opportunities and build from a current book of business makes you a good fit for this role. With incentives to grow and develop your skills, we offer a competitive salary and pair it with a generous performance-based commission structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Identify opportunities within current book of business.
Make outbound calls to schedule yearly reviews.
Maintain all CE and Licensing for compliance.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Maintaining product knowledge and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous sales experience preferred.
A valid U.S. Drivers License
Property and Casualty Licensed within the state of North Carolina

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
